Return Policy

We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Swedish consumer legislation and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Conditions for Returns

  • You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return it.
  • The AmiScoops package must be unopened, sealed, and returned in its original packaging. Because every AmiScoops order is personalized based on your selected preferences and presented as a sealed mystery product, we cannot accept returns of opened packages.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Return Your Order

  1. Contact us at amiscoops@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return your order.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions.
  3. Return the unopened package in its original condition.
  4. Once we have received and approved the return, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

By placing an order, you understand and accept that the contents are a surprise and may vary from scoop to scoop.
